Roy F. Gelineau, Jr. 

Roy has nearly 40 years of legal experience in both the public and private sectors. As Public Administrator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, as City Solicitor for the City of Beverly, Massachusetts, and as private counsel to individuals and corporations, Roy has represented his clients in all manner of forums, from local municipal boards to federal trial courts.

Roy also consults on political campaigns. He has successfully counseled candidates for elective office in local, state, and federal offices.

 Anthony F. Kline 

Anthony has represented individuals, groups and associations, charitable and educational organizations, international agencies and for-profit corporations in both civil and criminal matters.  As an experienced litigator, he has successfully prosecuted and defended cases in both the state and federal court systems.

Anthony is also an experienced appellate advocate, with matters before the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court.

Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1991.

Ryan D. Blake 

Ryan has been with Gelineau & Kline since 2004 and has over 15 years of legal experience. Prior to entering private practice, Ryan worked as a student Clerk in the United States District Court (E.D. Mo), and later as an attorney at the Boston Public Health Commission.

Amy G. Ofrias 

Amy has been an Associate at Gelineau & Kline since 2016. She focuses her practice in the areas of estate administration, trust administration, guardianships, conservatorships, and estate planning. Amy serves as a court-appointed Category D guardian ad litem, personal representative, and conservator. Amy also serves as an independent professional trustee.

Amy also has experience assisting families to create individualized support teams and support plans for persons with various disabilities including persons living with mental illness.

Amy received her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School with a concentration in Health and Biomedical Law. Admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2016.
